Capricorn the Goat is an earth sign and couples with Saturn. Capricorn is linked to discipline, ambition, and structure, but is also sometimes identified with Pan, whose 'wildness' is somewhat contradictory.

This picture is built on sandy umbers and earth tones. The metallic disc is heavily asserted to establish a strong sense of structure. From this robust foundation colourful eruptions burst forth in white tinted hues of yellow, blue and green. The thickly painted surface is thoroughly worked and, in contrast, augmented by the fine trails of delicately-painted foliate forms.
